Rocking S Lodge is amazing two story home , set on spacious acreage with Texas longhorns . This property is private and secluded, but only 15 from Main Street in Fredericksburg and 10 minutes from the wineries on 290. We have an amazing pool and large hot tub on the fully covered back porch. The bedrooms are beautiful and each have a private bathroom. A full custom kitchen has everything you need.

Summary: Thought the property was a little more secluded (rural.) There was an rv/tiny house resort located right next to the house on a hill that allowed the resort to look directly at the the patio. The pool had a cover over it that made the water feel like it was coming off a glacier. There was a problem with birds building nest in the the cover of the pool and there was bird droppings everywhere. With that being said the house was nice. Plenty of room and an amazing kitchen. With each bedroom having its own bathroom was a brilliant idea and the master bedroom and bathroom is mind blowing.
